“ if you get hungry after shopping at frank and sons and are in the mood for fried chicken, this is the place to go! its not too far, but the atmosphere is super chill. theres a giant TV, and Korean pop music playing throughout. the menu not only had a good selection of fried chicken with sauces, and there was a good amout of choices in Asian beers. the food was really good. crispy and juicy at the same time. we ordered the crispy chicken with signature sauce and another order of crispy chicken garlic sauce. when chicken came out, we also got pickled radish and shredded cabbage with mayo. everything was absolutly delicious. the price is decent for Korean fried chicken between 1718 so so so so good. definetly will be coming back in the future. pictured below closest to camera crispy chicken with signature sauce cabbage salad on left, pickled radish center. back crispy chicken with garlic sauce. drink peach ice tea. sweet with a hint of tangy. ”
“ First time in this fine resto. Ordered their BanBan chicken crispy which is half crispy to perfection chicken and half with your choice of sauce. We did the garlic sauce which is fire with a bit of spice that will bite in the end. Beer choice is pretty decent. We got Terra beer and Space Dust. Well definitely come back and bring the fam for good chicken. So glad it doesnt taste rancid which means new oil is used in frying the chx. ”
“ Been here a couple times! Wanted to see the difference of take out vs dine in. take out call in or order online before coming! Or youd have to wait 20 25 min or so. I came when it was early on. We ended up eating there cause no one was inside. The box was thick enough to keep the chicken hot still. We got the original chicken signature sauce and I really enjoyed it. The chicken was still crunchy after 15 minutes. they give you radish to go as well. You dont get the cabbage salad though! Dine in walked in and no one was inside. once seated and ordered. Youll get a cabbage salad to start off. We ordered the crispy wings drum wing signature sauce and crispy wings drum wing hot chili. Highly recommend the signature sauce! Its just a tad bit spicy and sweet. Its perfect to start off with. Hot chili was spicy. If you like spicy, it may be a good one to get. Smoky hot wasnt as spicy as I thought. Keep in mind, youll have to wait a good 15 minutes for your food. The service was quick and the employees were very attentive. Parking if you cannot find parking on top.. just go underground! Underground is in front of the restaurant. Indoors very clean and modern when you walk in. Ive never seen more than 2 tables seated when I go in. Lots of to go orders though. So Id recommend sitting down there and eat! It comes out hot. Straight from the fryer I believe! I wish they had gloves cause I have long nails sometimes but its fine. Maybe theyll have gloves in the future! ”
“ The wings so so juicy and crispy! I think this branch has larger sized wings compared to the Buena park branch. If you love gizzards, definitely order their stir fry gizzard dish. Plenty of garlic and savory flavor. The restaurant associates were very polite and thoughtful, making sure we had enough napkins and water. ”
“ Pelicana Chicken is one of the best places you can go for authentic Korean Fried Chicken! I loved that they had a nice seating area which is sometimes the tradeoff you get from going to other KFC restaurants like BBQ Chicken. I appreciated the complementary cabbage salad they gave us and the generous amount of pickled radish. Its the little things that count! We ordered pelicana shaken fries which were AMAZING and well seasoned, and crispy wings in garlic and signature sauce. Both were yummy but I wish the signature sauce had a little more tangy flavor to it. Overall, if youre a lover of K.F.C. or you just need a good spot to chat it up with your friends and have a few beers, Pelicana is definitely worth a try! ”
“ This is a great fried chicken spot. Everything gas a hint of sweetness, but great flavors and textures. The fried chicken is nice and crispy with multiple sauce choices. The staff are nice and quick and they do serve alcohol, but the menu said it was coming soon. ”
“ Came here for the honkai star rail collab event, but the food was still pretty great! Fries are pretty standard, but the fried chicken was very juicy and well sauced. The cheese balls are unexpectedly sweet, which makes for kind of a dessert type of food. Was a little pricey for the set meal, but its a promotions thing, so not really that surprised. Overall though, its a decent Korean chicken place, Id definitely come back if I was craving it! ”
